Old man protesting at grafitiing protestors.
The Scottish Word:

Ye’ve no real richt tae murn, cark an channer at me if ye’ve no voted – so hud yer wheesht when ye huvni made yer mark tae entitle ye tae mulligrumph. Get oot an vote.

Channer: grumble, complain.

You have no true right to misery, complaining and grumbling at me if you have not voted – so hold your council when you have not made your mark to entitle you to lament about your lot. Get out and vote.

The Scottish Word: channer with its definition and its meaning illustrated and captioned with the word used in context in the Scots language and in English.

There is a terrible drawing mistake in this cartoon. I’ve not corrected it because this is a busy time. I did the whole thing very fast. Also it’s fun to try and spot it.
