"And did you not think that tunneling out the inside of that pile of snow to make an igloo would not result in the cave in of my garage dooe? Good grief, it’s basic engineering principles."
This is exactly what happened. I now have to replace my garage doors.
The consolation is that they were needing replaced anyway.
And no, I didn’t lecture them on engineering and they were teenagers anyway.
Plus the doors caved in slowly over time. It was a long freeze with more snow falling all the time.
