One of my favourite acts is the obsequious waiters acted by john Cleese persuading the glutton to have just one wafer thin mint to finish the meal.
They feed him the mint with tweezers like an armourer priming an unstable explosive.
Which is exactly what they were doing.
What a messy chef! Nice job.
That’s a lot of food! Gluttony would really kill a person. Nice work!
When I was growing up in Fife in the 1970s, braw was used as an equivalent of beautiful, as in a braw lassie.
